Unable to Pair HRM-Pro or Headphones

I feel as though this issue started after updating to 20.32 because I have an activity where my HRM-Pro was connected a few days prior to updating. I don't run with it every day; however, I no longer am able to connect the sensor. I also am unable to connect any of my various Bluetooth headphones to the watch any longer either. Is there a solution for this issue? Maybe coincidence the timing but it does feel related to the update.
