Can't update my Garmin

Whenever I try to install the new update. It's giving me this error. I'm not sure what to do next, FAQs on the site isn't really helping much, anybody can help?

Just say OK and do it again. , It seems to be a thing with Connect when syncing. Even if I delete those files (using the How to remove files link) I get them again next time.

Might as well do what the instruction on the blue link "how to remove files" says also
