Just bought my first garmin. How is one supposed to do a yoga workout looking at your wrist? No breathing? Fitbit do this so much better or am I missing something? I thought I could look at workout on my phone instead but I have to press next through the whole series? Really? You get a coach to guide you through everything in fitbit. Maybe I just didn't download the right workout because these look like an attempt from the 90s with no usability taken into account.
