Hi:
I did a weight workout a few days ago and I noticed afterwards there were a couple periods of extreme high heart rate. I edited and then deleted the activity in the connect app and the watch but that made no difference to the watch, it still figured my intensity minutes and recovery time much higher than they should have been.
So... is there a way to change or delete the heart rate data in the watch so it corrects the other calculations? The numbers would at least be closer to reality that way.
