Need some help with my Garmin. I have had this watch for little over a week now and I am still learning the hows and whats. However for the past week or so I am unable to track my sleep at all. Like I sleep 7-8-9 hours continuously and feel well-rested in the morning, but my Garmin doesn't show ANY sleep data. Of course it affects my training readiness statistics.
I THINK the issue is with HR and somehow the watch doesn't take HR when the sleep mode is on. I have set the Sleep Mode turn on automatically from 10pm til 6am on weekdays and when I got to sleep say 9.30pm and sleep til the morning, my Garmin shows that I slept from 9.30pm til 10pm, that's when the Sleep Mode went on. When I look at the HR part under the watch I see green lights on during "normal times" and off during the sleep mode.
How and which setting should I change to have the HR data on all the time or at least during the sleep. OR how can I change the sleep mode schedule or deactivate it completely.
As on Settings, I have the following: Settings -> Health & Wellness -> Wrist Heart -> Status is on Auto. Pulse Oximeter is ON during sleep. And I don't know what setting else I could / should change. Thank you in advance!
