Objectively, I understand that they work based on HR zones and duration (I think), but the logic of them just doesn't make sense to me. I do a 45-50min workout, my heart rate is properly raised, between 150-160bpm (of a max of about 200ish) for the entirety of it, and yet it counts as Low Aerobic?? Yet if I split it into two 25min workouts, it counts as Anaerobic, which makes no sense to me.
I am constantly in a High Aerobic and Anaerobic shortage, despite doing pretty intense HIIT and cardio training regularly, and sure, I can ignore it, but it's a feature that I lose out on, and it bugs me! And yes, I've tried changing my Heart Rate Zones to be based around the different options, and it doesn't do anything, which is a pain too
