I have the Forerunner 265 and decided to follow the daily suggested workouts. After a run a few days ago the watch automatically adjusted my max HR to 180 (which I think is low - I'm 29 years old and my fitness age according to the watch is 23 - not sure if that matters). Anyhow the daily suggested workouts are now Base workouts with a target HR of 144bpm which puts the workout on the edge between my HZ 3 and HZ 4 - which if I'm understanding Garmin's workouts, a base workout should be at the end of HZ 2 and beginning of HZ 3. Is this a bug in the watch and I need to manually adjust my heart rate zones or is it okay?
