Audio alerts 265S

How can I set my watch to give me an audio alert stating the total distance I have run so far, every km? At the moment it just tells me "1 kilometre" and the time for that km.

I have exactly same issue on my FR965, see this post.

Unfortunately, this is impossible. What any app like Adidas Running can do, Garmin watches cannot do. Paradox

Well, my FR245M can do it., regardless of if I’ve started a planned workout or not. My FR965 can do it, but not if I’ve started a planned workout.
