Adjust the volume of the audio prompt

Hi,

During a run while playing my Spotify music list, I can adjust the volume. But when I get audio prompts during my activity, I do not hear her/him because their volume is too low. How can I adjust the volume of these audio prompts?

Thanks for responding, so on the end you have to choose; listen to your running music or the audio prompts.

Strange that Garmin doesn't support this, they only have to change the output level of the audio…

You could adjust the volume up while the prompt is happening, apart from the music volume.

Do you find a setting to manage audio prompt volume independantly than music ?

I'm listening music at a quite low level, so audio prompt is indeed too low to be understable.

But 'Bip' for prompting is strangely at a higher volume ...

I have done an request in the case of listening to music, to have a setting to manage Audio Prompts volume at a percentage of the General Volume for headset (for example 120%).

Because i can't increase the General volume too high without hurting after a long activity and don't want to manage volume at each prompt ...

Strange that Garmin doesn't support this, they only have to change the output level of the audio prompt in sync with the music audio level. In my case I use Spotify, because this is a seperate app installed on the watch I think the Garmin watch OS can't communicate with this app.

Forerunner 965 Feedback

It seems like this should be an easy fix for Garmin, yet it appears to have been an ongoing issue for over five years.

I really like getting the 1km audio prompts through my headphones during runs and rides, to provide key stats without requiring me to constantly check the watch. However, when listening to music, the audio prompt volume is significantly lower—about half the volume of the music. This forces me to increase the music volume beyond my comfort level just to hear the prompts clearly.

I recently switched to Garmin from Apple, and I never experienced this kind of issue with Spotify or audio prompts on the Apple Watch.

PLEASE GARMIN FIX THIS ISSUE!!!
