Last week I used the 265's navigation feature for the first time while riding a road bike. In general it worked fine, though I did miss some turns. But I mostly blame that on my speed in combination with the inaccuracy of GPS. However, I did notice one thing that really frustrated me: the colors used on the map screen.
I was riding during a sunny day and wearing sunglasses. This make it harder to see the 265's display and especially certain colors are less visible. What surprised me is that the main thing I wanted to see, the road ahead (i.e. the planned course) was painted (dark) blue. The breadcrumb trail (i.e. the part of the course that I had already completed) was white. So the part of the course that was behind me, and therefore the least interesting to me, was the most visible. Why isn't this the other way around? Show the planned course in white and the breadcrumb trail in some other color. I can't be the only one that finds this weird, right? Am i missing something here?
