Just got a 265 today, worked fine, then an update got installed and now my phone can't even detect. what a way to welcome. lol

Anyone knows how to get this working back properly? Phone can't see the device at all, after multiple restarts. Basically an hour or 2 old device.

it updated to 18.27. what version is your BT?

lol I have the same issue, after Software update not able to connect to Garmin Connect. Sending it back to the shop...

Oh geez! Good thing mine, fixed itself. I connected it to pc and the fw of the bt and wifi successfully installed and had to do a reboot and reinstall garmin connect. All good so far. Turned off automatic updates. Good luck
