Garmin-Sierra I have seen you responding to other complaints about these issues. When is there going to be a fix? Or a plan at least? Please se the attached image of heartrate overlayed on pace. I have to stop running to get the OHR to take a reading. It's unacceptable for a product that's supposed to be of such a high quality. If I had seen the forums prior to purchasing my 265 I wouldn't have bought it because what is the point of a Forerunner watch that can't provide stats during a run.
If there is no plan in place to resolve this in the short term I think you should offer the folks who have already shelled out hundreds of dollars for a faulty watch a free or heavily discounted HR Strap.
