My forernner 265 keep disconnecting, it only connect for a few minutes after retart my phone. It happened in the past few weeks.

I have tried all approaches suggested from Garmin.

  • When I have had issues I have done the following:

    1. Remove watch from Phone BT settings

    2. Remove GC app from phone

    3. Restart (soft reset) watch

    4. Restart Phone

    5. Reinstall GC app on Phone and sign in to GC

    6. Re-pair the watch with phone / GC app
