Touch screen does not work

I am in Puerto Rico I bought the 265 1 week ago and the

Touch doesn't work at all

Power cycling made no difference

Toggling touch made no difference

We fixed this on Beta 18.15, and we are now on Beta 18.21. Please see Enrolling in and Learning About Garmin Beta Software Program for the steps to enroll.
