Since a couple of versions the total daily steps bar (and any other bar) in my watch face shows straight edges on the left edge when it starts filling and then on both edges once I hit the daily goal, when I got the watch both of them were rounded. I don't remember from which version did this start but I remember when I got the watch the edges were always round.
It was happening before I signup for the beta versions.
I think it's pretty noticeable if you compare the left and right edges of the step bar on top of the watch face in the attached image but happy to provide more details.
