Is your software version currently on 17.26, or Beta 18.20? If you are still on 17.26, please see my newest comment on Heart Rate Accuracy. If you are already on 18.20, let me know!

Please either download Beta 18.20 which addresses this, or wait for our live sw release to see if your HR data is improved. Thank you!
