Audio cues not working Garmin 265

Hi All,

Had my 265 forerunner for the past week and all is going well apart from not being able to hear any audio prompts in headphones from watch. I have all prompts for pace/ laps etc set in Watch and the GC app but get no prompts. I also double checked that when I use Spotify isn’t the reason but even with Spotify off I still cannot hear any audio cues.
