Hi
I'm doing a HM training plan and am experiencing an issue with the interval trainings I have to do.
The steps are: Warm-up, Other, Run and Cooldown.
Within the step "Other" I believe I am suppose to do the intervals but how can I do this if when I press the lap button it jumps to the "Run" step?
I also don't have any indication through the programme of how the intervals should be? 200m, 400m, 1km? No idea.
Am I suppose to search this myself or how does it work?
