I updated the version yesterday night and it said failed and later mentioned successful. But after the update I am unable to use touch on the watch. I restarted the watch but to no benefit. Can someone please help.

Good morning, I had this issue twice with previous updates and the following helped me:
Download Garmin express to your computer and connect the watch to the PC. Open the programm and it will show you updates to install. Install them and the problem is gone. I thought I always had to do this, but yesterday the update to 17.24 just worked fine.
