Volume Control Issue with Cleer Arc 2 on Garmin 265s

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to flag an issue I've been experiencing with my Garmin 265s. When I connect it to my Cleer Arc 2 earphones and play MP3s natively on the watch, I can't seem to adjust the volume. The weird thing is:

I've tried my Garmin 265s with other Bluetooth earphones and haven't encountered this problem.
When I connect the Cleer Arc 2 to other audio devices, the volume control works just fine.
This volume issue specifically happens when playing MP3s natively on the Garmin 265s.

Has anyone else had this issue or know a workaround? Would appreciate any insights!

Did this issue ever get resolved? I’ve just bought the Cleer Arc ii headphones and can’t use the ear piece controls at all.
