POLAR H10 keeps disconnecting from Forunner 265

Hello All,

I just got a POLAR H10 (ANT+ and Bluetooth).

Its keeps disconnecting from my Forunner after a few seconds (either I connect in ANT+ or Bluettoth). Then it reconnects automaticly when I got back in settings.

I have tried everything, even turning of bluetooth from Garmin watch and phonev, using ANT only but nothing helps.

It is like if my watch absolutely wants to use its own optical heart monitor.

Hi,

I had the same issue on a 255 and a H9 (different models but I think is the same issue). It happened that the watch detects the HR twice: one as a Bluetooth device, and another one as an Ant+ device.

I disabled the Ant+ one in the Sensors options, and from there it worked fine.
