Hello everyone.
I have the following issue with my new FR265. It works fine almost all day, but occasionally (maybe around 4 times a day) it experiences the effect you can see in the video for a few minutes (2 or 3 min). If I tap the screen or press any button multiple times, it stops temporarily, but when I try to navigate through the menus, it kicks me out.
If I disable the touchscreen, it works fine. I have reset it to factory mode four times and it's up to date with the latest update. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software issue, but I think if it were hardware, the problem would be constant rather than sporadic. Do you have any ideas about what it could be?
