I'm wondering how to set up a custom HIIT timers and SAVE that timer so I don't have to set it up every time. Any way to do this??
I also thought about creating a HIIT training in Garmin Connect, but there you have to select an exercise for every training period, which doesn't make sense if you change your exercises regularly.
I could maybe create a whole new activity and then create a training in gc, but I'd like to have my trainings under "HIIT".
Is there any other way to save the custom timer or create a HIIT workout without selecting an exercise?
