Cannot join the FR265 Beta Program

I posted this in the FR265 Beta forum but was told to post here for better visibility

. 

I cannot join the FR265 Beta program. I click on the Join Beta Software Program from Garmin Connect web. 

The agreement pops up. I hit "Agree" and I get a "Something went wrong. Try again." I cannot get past this. 

Issue still persists on different computers/browsers. How do I get this resolved ?
