Why no HR metrics during my swim workout now?

Today during my swim workout, I noticed that none of the HR metrics are functioning. I rebooted the watch and tested it again, and the problem persists. The HR metrics were a nice addition to lap swim workouts since I got my FR265. Is this a new bug, perhaps after the latest update?

Just check the Wrist Heart rate whilst swimming toggle is still on. Sometimes updates change settings unbeknown to all. 
 On the App > Choose the device > Settings > Health and Wellness> Wrist heart Rate > While Swimming
