Seeing programmed workout progress over time

I crossposted this in the Garmin Connect Web forum, but thought it may be more appropriate to post to the runners community. 

I've searched the forums and feel like i'm 90% there but I'm missing something. How do I generate a report for a running workout so I can compare workout time improvements?

In Dec I created a running workout called "5K" which has an open warmup, workout for 5000m, open cooldown. I've been doing this workout 3-4 times a week, and would like to generate a report to see how my workout segments have improved. I always run at the same track, but I didn't save it as a course. I could go back and add it though.
