Wednesday my shiny new forerunner 265S crashed and rebooted (it's funky when you are in an activity and go back, but that's another matter).
I went and did my run (an anaerobic session prompted by the watch). I thought nothing of the crash as it's happened before without any lingering effects.
Now, when I looked at my training status the next day, it was gone. Still fully in "please wear your watch more" mode.
My training load had dropped from somewhere in 800s, to nothing (ok, 135). My race prediction was incredibly off suddenly (super high). However, VO2max was still ok.
What happened and how can I make sure it doesn't happen again? Or even fix it, although I'm assuming that's not possible...
