Physical size including strap lugs on forerunner 265

Does anyone have the actual size of the watch width including the strap locations? Garmin state case/screen size but don't state the dimensions including the strap lugs. My venu 2 has a screen size of 45mm. Including the strap lugs the total measurement is 53mm.

watch diameter: 45.9 mm, lug to lug: 51.8 mm

Interesting , I was looking at the reply here and my measurement of the 965, so I measured the 965 again (of course where one measures lug to lug from can vary ) then I remembered a comparison video. I linked it below. But look at the lugs on the 265 and 965, due to the case dimensions of the 965 the lugs stick out less than on the 265 , unless my eyes deceive me. I think it has to do with the wider angle the lug can come in from to have the same level of support. So the 965 appears more efficient on screen to total size.

Thanks for this. The 265 lugs do seem to stick out more than the 965. If only they did the amp yellow design in the 265 like the 965

The strap on the 265 is not that high quality. It is not the worst, either, but the strap material / quality on my fenix 6 (and fenix 6s for that matter) is much-much more better and more comfortable.

Also, this injection molded, 2-colors design may look nice in picture, but it looks pretty cheap in reality.

You'd probably replace it with an another strap, I presume.

Interestingly I found the strap and the one on the 965 which is similar , very nice and more mouldable than that with the 955 which I had to replace to make it comfortable.. I suppose it just shows how we are all individuals.

I've got a barton watch strap on venu 2. Which I have found to be good. And has lasted. Any other brands out there that are good and bright colours like the amp yellow?

They only fit 965 don't they and not the 265?
