How to get music controls on watch without installing music providers ?

I'd got a 945 before. And 955 now.

I have never installed music providers on these watches.

I usually run with my phone and Spotify.

So when I open Spotify on the phone, I can control the music from the watch.

I can't seem to load the music controls on the 265.

Already set a hot key (press long down) for music controls. But doesn't load like below on the 265.

Any idea ?

If Spotify is not launched on my phone, the watch will show empty playlist but you can still see controls.

On 265, the following don't even launch.

On 265 try this

Settings menus > Music > Music Providers > Change settings to control iPhone / phone.

Also holding down will then bring up the music controls after also.

I was playing the settings on the phone GC. Not sure why isn't doable here.

I didn't know must do on the watch instead.
