Strava didn't show my new 265

Everything fine after upload the activitiy to Strava , but strava didn't show the data is from 265.

However my old 945 does. anyone got this problem too?

Strava has to update its database...it hasn't yet, same happened when I got my 955, after a month or so it was sorted.

Same with Runalyze , they just added the 265 recently

Atleast for me the ticket seem to have been fixed. I see garmin forerunner 265 on strava since a week or so

Wrote to strava, they said they have created a ticket for it and should start showing up soon

Correct , it is sorted and the 965 also.

Still not for me. Are any of you seeing the changes on the mobile app? Wonder why some have it showing as changed and others not.

nooope… previous i used forrunner 255 it automatically update . i dont have any i dea with 265. tried bring to garmin store they also dont have any idea

New devices need to be updated by Strava in their database. Might take 2 or 3 weeks for them to catch up. That has been my experience when buying newly released devices.
