Hi all! I would like to have some explanations how Automatic Interval Categorization works on my FR255, as I have not understood.
- first of all: does AIC works depending on how "Structured Repeats" is defined? (i.e. warm-up yes or not)
- Test I did: with standard "RUN" on the watch, I press START button (press LAP button) and then make 50 meters full speed, without any warm-up, then after the 50 meters (press again LAP button) I come back to the starting point by walking, and all is repeated for 3 times. When uploading this on GARMIN CONNECT I get first two laps both as WARM-UP, I expected first LAP as RUN, and second LAP as RECOVERY. Here's the screenshot I get on GARMIN CONNECT:
