Optical Heart Rate Forerunner 255 about Health

Hello, since the last firmware 19.18 im noticing some sort of feelings of small pain in the arm where i wear the forerunner 255, i suspected that it can be the OHR, and yes, if i disable it on the watch after a few minutes the pain gone, there is evidence about this type of sensors about how it affects health?

Anyone has felt something similar? i wear the watch in a comfortable way, not tight.

Do I understand correctly that you tried it on yourself and it helped you?

By the way, I have no problems with pain from the watch. And I also know that green light is electromagnetic waves with a length in the range from 500 to 560 nanometers, absolutely harmless to the skin and blood, like many in Russia. I don’t know how it is in your country.
