Music won’t play

Hi - I’ve downloaded Spotify, connected my Apple iPods and yesterday was able to play it in my front room no issue - despite taking a while to connect everything.

today I went for a run, paired my iPods and the music would not play at all.

normally when I click on the playlist, the song title that’s due to play appears on the watch face. This no longer happens and so the music doesn’t play. Also when I tried to click on shuffle ON, it won’t switch from OFF to ON….

I've tried a hard reset, repairing my iPods, all the usual, and nothing seems to work… do you have any suggestions? I bought this watch for the music feature and I’m gutted that this is the outcome.
