What is the latest stable software version for Forerunner 245 music?

Hi everyone.
Software version on my F245 is 13.0.0, but I see this post: https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-245-series/396580/forerunner-245-software-update-13-70---100
I use Garmin Connect app and Garmin Express and don't see any updates? How can I update to 13.70?

Hello bkstorm,

The software version can vary depending on what region you're in. It could be 13.00 or 13.70. If not prompted to update when syncing with either method then you are running the most updated software for the region you are in.

1. I have 13.70 on my FR245, still Garmin Connect attempts to "send software update", yet stops art around 80%.

2. Will there ever be fixes for the very poor sleep tracking and SpO2 algorithms on the FR245? Other watches with the same sensors seem to be able to do better. Does it even make sense to have to set the sleep and wake time manually first in the app, only to have the watch do guesswork that's totally off for the sleep stages in between?
