Memory full, but it isn't

Hello,
My Garmin forerunner 245 is showing memory full but I've already cleared all data to factory settings and still it says that the memory is full. What can I do?

Where? In Connect IQ in the device tab?

When I want to inicitate any activity, running, cycling, trail running, etc

Talk to Garmin customer support. My guess is they'll replace the watch
