I’ve synced it to WiFi but it hasn’t fixed the issue. I’ve turned it off and back on. It takes 15 minutes to get the gps connection. I live in nyc. I’m not near a heavily wooded area. What do I do ?

I don't live in a heavily wooded area, I synced which should download any software updates without connecting to the Garmin app. What else could I be doing? It doesn't list anything else.
Did you check EPO or CPE Status?
I'm not sure about EPO or CPE but I know that I'm on software version 13.7
That is irrelevant, you need to check the ephemeral / EPO / CPE. If it's outdated and not "current", then that's the root cause
I just checked. It says that it's current
Then use your warranty or if you don't have then contact Garmin. Sounds like a faulty unit
