When I connect my Garmin 245 music to Airpods Pro, it goes to really high volume. I can turn it down and it is fine for that run, But I get the blast first. The next time I connect the volume is up again. It isn't at the max volume but higher than I would ever use. This happens for both Spotify downloads and My Music downloads. I rarely use Airpods other than with my watch. This started happening a couple of months ago.
