Today my incident alert went off just as we were finishing a leisurely walk. I wasn't doing anything odd. I had been throwing a ball for my dog, but only twice and with my right arm. My watch is always on my left wrist.
It's gone off twice before when I haven't done anything untoward BUT the one time I did have a serious fall when I broke my hand, hit my head off a rock and had concussion for 2 days - nothing! Nada!
What am I doing wrong?!
