Sync Successful but Activities not Showing on Garmin Connect

Sync Successful on watch but Activities not Showing on Garmin Connect. First time it's ever happened. Not surprising as Garmin hardware is good but their integration/software leaves a universe to be desired.

Sometimes this helps:

Restart the watch, then sync again

If still no, then sync using Garmin Express
