Ever since updating my 4 year old Forerunner 245 to software version: 13.70, my watch hasn't been tracking my heart rate and sleep at all. On top of that, the pace tracking has been inconsistent. On some runs it doesn't track at all, and on some runs it starts tracking half way through. Today, however, it track my pace great.
The heart rate sensor is clearly not operating as there is no flickering green light.
Furthermore, this is what's displayed under Systerms>About:
bmx 0.0.0 (!)
Whr 0.00.00
Sensor hub 0.00
I of course did a soft reset with the upper left button but nothing changes. I've also tried changing the watch face, and tried updating under Systems>Software Update. I've also tried soft reseting again after that, and still nothing.
I'm all ears for a swift solution.
If there is no solution, I'm just hoping they will role out an update asap to restore these core features.
