My garmin forerunner 235 is in chinese and i dont understand the langauge..how to i scroll to change it

The watch is in chinese and i dont understant it at all

Press the RUN button to open the menu.
Scroll down using the down arrow button until you see an icon that looks like a gear (️). This is the Settings menu.
Select the gear icon, then scroll down to find an icon that looks like a wrench (). This is the System menu.
In the System menu, look for an icon that resembles a speech bubble (). This is the Language option.
Select the speech bubble icon and choose the language you prefer.
