that are way far the mark. And my race predictions are way off,
no way am I running a 1:30 half marathon

Wear the watch 24/7, make sure the heart rate zones, maxHR, lactate threshold are set correctly.
But realistically, there are 2 types of users: those that have close race predictions, and those that are way off (for me it's always too optimistic, though probably off only by a few minutes)
