White dot on Forerunner 245 Sries

Hi !

I have a Forerunner 245 and really happy with it, but a white dot has appeared on the screen. I have read in this website that I need to take my watch to a service center to have it fixed or replaced; however I live in México City and this watch was a gift from my Son, so I don't have the purchase ticket neither him, still I can receive the support to have my watch fixed?

Now the link is working; however my watch model doesn't appear in the available listing, and it doesn't accept my serial number: 5UD213252

I just tried using the SN you provided and it work. You can also search by the product name. Once you're in the support section there are options at the bottom to contact your local support team.
