Please help Pulse ox is not working

(Edit-2) Is pulse ox only measured during sleep not all day? Maybe I should read the 110pg manual. (Edit-1) Not working means it says “no readings today”. This is every day since I got the watch a year ago.
How do I fix my watch not measuring my pulse ox? Never has measured it the year I’ve had the 245.

  • Pulse Ox is only automatically measured at night (if you have it set that way in Menu>Activity Tracking>Sleep Pulse Ox). You can also take a measurement manually with the Pulse Ox widget.

I turned it off on mine because I didn't find it to be accurate or useful, and it just used up battery life overnight.

  • Scott12345, thank you for responding. I thought it might be more insightful than it is. I can do without it. Have a great day.

  • I think most people disable it, unless they are in an environment (high hill climb) or medical condition that makes it important to see it, because fir most of us it's an irrelevant number and it uses lots of battery.

I don't know if I would trust a watch if I had any if the above reasons to worry about...

  • It has never worked. The pulsox at the wrist isn't the same as on the fingers, and the sensor is too weak, even if you keep your wrist still.
