Garmin 245 Music Battery Life

I have a Garmin 245 with Music and the battery only lasts one day (this include just an hour use with GPS). The watch is just over 4 years old. Is there anything that can be done to improve the battery life? Can the battery be replaced?

You can find advice on the Internet, or by searching the Garmin forum. The main thing is to reduce or refuse the backlight and BT. Replacement is possible in a workshop, you can buy a battery on Ali.
