After recent software update, Garmin Forerunner 245 has started to behave strangely.
- Stopped showing heart rate info. On the heart rate screen it shows `---` instead.
- Battery drains overnight. It needs to be charged every day now.
- Device performance is really bad. Response to each button press takes few seconds ( or more ). During runs, it takes 15-20 minutes to get a GPS signal ( on the routes I usually run, where I used to get GPS signals within first minute of the run )
So far I've tried below things in resolving it :
- Updated software to latest using Garming Express
- Hard reset the watch ( Factory reset )
- Join beta program ( to see if there's any recent bug updates available in Beta )
Nothing has helped so far.
