Galloway coach plan - how to set run walk alerts

I started a Coach Jeff half marathon training plan and I cannot figure out how to set the run walk time alerts. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately, the watch is not set up to do that. The Coach Jeff devotees I have spoken with bring a second device just for their run-walk alerts.
