Forerunner 245.... I've started doing the suggested runs much more rather than my usual 5ks, which I've found have upped my milage and fitness loads. As I usually run before work it would be very helpful to see tomorrow's run so I can plan if it's a long one. Ideally it'd be good to see a plan for the week and to be able to shift runs around. I saw that someone said you can go to suggested run and press down to see tomorrow's (https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-955-series/296971/how-to-see-tomorrows-suggested-workout), but that doesn't work for me, perhaps because I have a 245 not 955. Any ideas please? Thanks!
