When using my Garmin Forerunner 245, I consistently get waaaaay too much IDLE time recorded during activity, to the point that it affects all the stats, including Training Effect. For example, today, while rowing in a single rowing shell on the water for 1:48, that's one hour 48 minutes, my Garmin tells me I was IDLE for 1:12 - that is, ONE HOUR and TWELVE minutes! Tha's crazy! I was literally rowing ON Lake Superior, not a tree in sight, no turns, no stopping. How can this be fixed?
