How to enable vibration on phone calls, SMS?

Hi, how do I enable vibration and beep when I receive a phone call or SMS? The notification is being displayed but no sound or vibration.

Thanks, that helped in a strange way: all those things were already set, and I already did a restart of the watch yesterday, and it didn't work, but now I went to check all of those again and afterwards it worked.
